Your Responsibilities
- Developing and overseeing renal patient care plans
- Meticulous clinical documentation of all dialysis procedures
- Preparing, setting, and monitoring dialysis machines and haemodialysis systems
- Conducting pre- and post-dialysis care reviews with patients
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and efficient clinical environment
Requirements
- NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
- Familiarity with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team
- Empathetic, dynamic, and patient-focused approach
- Excellent command of English for communication (both verbal and written)
While renal clinical experience is preferred, it’s not essential—we provide comprehensive training to support your development.

- Competitive starting salary: Up to £35,944 pro rata (based on dialysis experience)
