Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team within our nursing care home, providing high-quality care and support to adults, including older people with complex health and social care needs. Applicants must hold a valid Adult NMC PIN and possess a recognised Adult Nursing degree or diploma.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents are supported with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times. Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.

- Undertake clinical assessments and develop care plans in partnership with residents and families
- Administer medication in line with policy and professional standards
- Monitor residents’ physical and mental health, responding appropriately to changes
- Lead and support care staff on shift, promoting safe practice
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional records
- Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues including GPs, AHPs, and social care staff
- Support quality assurance, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance
