About the Ward
A25 is an 18 bedded ward for oncology patients receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy side effects. We are responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centred care to individuals with cancer, ensuring safe and effective management of their treatment, symptoms and supportive care needs while working as part of a multidisciplinary oncology team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to oncology patients.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor patients' condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Manage symptoms and provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Support discharge planning and patient education.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and professional standards.
