We have an exciting opportunity for a Staff Nurse to join Lamesley Ward
Lamesley Ward is our female adult acute inpatient ward based at Bamburgh Clinic, St Nicholas Hospital, part of Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW).
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic multidisciplinary team dedicated to promoting recovery and achieving positive outcomes for patients.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care.
- Working collaboratively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary colleagues to develop and deliver individualised care plans.
- Supporting patients through periods of acute mental ill health, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and recovery remain at the centre of care delivery.
