Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is a major provider of integrated hospital and community services for people living in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area. This includes Thame (Oxfordshire), Tring (Hertfordshire) and Leighton Buzzard (Bedfordshire). We provide care to over half a million patients every year. We have over 6,000 highly trained clinical staff. This includes doctors, nurses, midwives, health visitors, therapists, and healthcare scientists.

Ward 9

Ward 9 is a busy inpatient ward caring for patients who no longer meet the criteria to reside in an acute hospital bed and require ongoing assessment, rehabilitation, discharge planning, and support to achieve the best possible outcomes. We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care, promote independence, coordinate care effectively, and contribute to safe and timely discharge planning whilst maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
