We have a full-time opportunity for a Staff Nurse at Allen Ward!
About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will work as part of our Multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients and support our Trust on its Journey to Outstanding Care.
Allen Ward is an 18-bedded female working age acute mental health ward. We provide care and treatment for up to 18 patients, experiencing a variety of mental health problems, along with physical and social needs too.
You will have an opportunity to work with supportive teams and committed colleagues.
We have a culture of continuous professional development and as a Staff Nurse, we expect you to embrace change and engage in Quality Initiatives on the Ward to improve the service we provide.
You will work within a needs-led model of care and will work in co-production with patients.
What we need from you!
- A qualified RMN with passion and drive for developing your clinical skills in a changeable environment
- A keen interest in new and upcoming technologies within Nursing and Healthcare
- Be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing initiative and promoting new ideas on how to improve the service
- Be compassionate, caring, and creative with excellent communication skills
- A flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to accommodate our 24/7 service
