You'll work alongside an experienced management team and a highly trained, compassionate care team, with a strong focus on getting to know each resident and providing care tailored to their individual needs.
As a Staff Nurse you will:
- Make safe and effective clinical decisions.
- Assess residents and develop personalised care plans.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, dressings, and management of clinical conditions.
- Build strong and trusting relationships with residents, relatives, and the wider care team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of care.

About You
- Qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience working within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
- Able to work positively and collaboratively as part of the wider MDT.
