Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse looking to make a real difference?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team on Juniper Ward, an acute adult inpatient mental health ward providing assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused care for individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties.
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals through their recovery journey.
About Juniper Ward
Juniper Ward provides assessment and treatment for adults experiencing acute mental health needs within a safe and therapeutic environment. As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, healthcare support workers, and peer support staff to promote recovery and positive outcomes for our patients.
All wards offer a 24-hour service; therefore the successful candidates must be flexible and able to work a rotational shift pattern that includes a range of 12-hour shifts over days, nights, and weekends.
You will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team and have an ethos of collaborative working between individual service users, carers, and other stakeholders.

We are looking for motivated nurses to join our team. You should possess a commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for mental health nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.
You will receive excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision, and appraisal. We also offer our staff training packages, development and leadership pathways, and a comprehensive preceptorship program for those who are newly qualified.
