This busy purpose-built Haematology/Oncology Day Unit is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate individual with good organisational and communication skills, to compliment the existing team.
The Day Care unit is comprised of 14-chair treatment area, procedure room, alternative therapy suite, and many clinic rooms. The day unit is very busy seeing approximately 250 patients per week.
The unit's activities include the administration of chemotherapy, supportive care, and occasional blood transfusion. Training would be provided for chemotherapy administration.

Please note this position is not open to Newly Qualified Staff Nurses.
This Role Required NMC Registration.

We have a full-time post of 37.5 hrs per week for staff nurse in the Haematology and Oncology Day Unit, which operates shifts of 8-6pm Monday - Friday, including bank holidays.

- University Accredited Haematology Course
