Role Overview
To provide high quality, evidence-based care within the Mental Health Care Division for service users and their carers within inpatient and community services.
Responsibilities
- To carry out your duties as a practitioner under the supervision of a mentor.
- To function as an associate nurse/named nurse/care coordinator to service users assisting in assessment, planning, and evaluation and review of care, within a recovery-focused model of care.
- Where appropriate, to take part in a 24-hour system of rostering including internal rotation.
