Staff Nurse - Outpatients
Hereford Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part Time
Up to £20.00 per hour depending on skills and experience

As a Staff Nurse in our Outpatients at our Hereford Hospital, it’s vital that you’re a Registered Nurse. You bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, as well as post-registration experience. You’re passionate about patient care and it shows.
As an Outpatients Staff Nurse, you will:
- Dealing with patients who have undergone a variety of operations including Orthopedic, General Surgery, Colorectal, Urological, Gynaecology, Cosmetic, and Plastic surgery.
- Be familiar with Venipuncture, ECG recording, and demonstrate good communication skills.
- Computer skills and professionalism in communicating with Consultant Surgeons and Anesthetists is essential.
- Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service.
- Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family.
- Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care.
- Build your experience across new practices, equipment, and facilities.
- Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
