An Exciting New Opportunity within the Outpatient Nursing Team
We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking nurse to join our Outpatient department and Outpatients Treatment Centre. We are looking for someone with experience in surgical procedures and knowledge of wound care.
The Successful Candidate Will Need to Demonstrate
- Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills
- A drive to promote a high standard of care for our patients
Applicants Should Have Experience Of
- Acute nursing
- Complex wound care
- Taking charge of an area in the absence of the Senior Nursing staff
- Assisting in the organization of work as required
- Supervising, mentoring & preceptorship of students and unqualified staff
- Working effectively and efficiently within a multi-disciplinary team
- Assisting in developing and maintaining a suitable and stimulating learning environment for all staff

Previous Experience
Previous experience of Outpatient Nursing is desirable but not essential. Outpatients at Poole Hospital is a forward-thinking and innovative department with opportunities to extend your surgical and dressing skills.
