Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, highly motivated registered nurses who wish to further develop their knowledge and skills in the specialty of neonatal care. The successful applicant will play a vital role in delivering high quality, safe, and efficient care to sick and preterm newborn babies.
- Opportunity to complete a Foundations in Neonatal Care Course and then develop further through the Neonatal Intensive course to become a qualified Neonatal Nurse.
- Provide a high standard of nursing care for all babies within a family-centred environment, in accordance with the ward philosophy.
- Provide support for junior colleagues, students, Clinical Sisters, and Ward Manager, adhering to national and trust guidelines.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
