Providing care for our older generation can be challenging but is an incredibly rewarding experience.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop significant expertise with discharge pathways and the associated complexities working as part of the wider integrated multidisciplinary team. This role can be an incredible step in your nursing career as we begin work towards becoming a centre of excellence.
