Winter brings unique challenges to our healthcare system. We are seeking resilient, adaptable, and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team during this peak period. This fixed-term role is designed to provide critical support Trust wide across our acute wards, ensuring our patients continue to receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care throughout the winter months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Manage acute admissions and facilitate safe, timely discharges.
  • Administer medications accurately in line with professional standards.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Respond calmly and effectively to changing clinical priorities.
