What is the job function?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join Kibble’s Health and Wellbeing Team.
You will play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of young people living within Kibble’s residential services. The young people we support have a range of health and wellbeing needs, including complex health conditions, mental health difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders and may display risk-taking behaviours.
Working under the supervision of senior nurses, you will contribute to health assessments, assist in identifying health needs, and support the implementation of health action plans in collaboration with Child and Youth care workers. The role will include supporting the management of the electronic medication system and assisting in the organisation and delivery of onsite clinics.
You will work across our services, Monday to Friday, providing consistent and responsive nursing support to the young people we care for. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to young people’s lives while developing your experience within a specialist residential setting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
