Role Overview
To work within a team ensuring all patients receive timely and appropriate care, ensuring utilisation of Allied Health Professionals support and guidance to promote a safe and timely discharge.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current knowledge to ensure compliance with NMC requirements.
- Providing patient care and ensuring all activities of daily living are maintained whilst ensuring the patient receives safe and appropriate care.
- Linking with all AHP's ensuring the patient receives timely and appropriate.
- Ensuring the patient receives their prescribed medications at the correct time.
- Participating in research and audit completion.
- Ensuring all knowledge is recorded and up to date via the Trust system.
