About the Team

At Miro, design is intrinsic in everything we do. As a business we are on a mission to redefine how great work is done, and as a design team we aim to make that as easy and delightful as possible.

We operate in a fast-paced environment and get to have a direct impact on the millions of users who rely on Miro to collaborate and create the next big thing. As a part of our Product Design team, you will contribute to our design process, culture, and experience principles and set new standards for design quality.

About the Role

Miro is looking for a visionary Staff Product Designer to support the design of Miro's Growth team, including adoption and onboarding experiences. This isn't just about refining workflows; it's about defining the future of how millions of people bring their ideas to life.

As a key leader within the Growth stream, you will lead the design evolution of these experiences, you will help Miro users reach value quickly through experiments you can ship and measure. We are looking for an AI Native designer - someone who doesn't just see AI as a feature but as a fundamental shift in the product development process and ultimately, a massive opportunity.

You will be tasked with shaping not just where Miro's offering should be, but where it is going - ensuring we aren't just keeping pace with the market, but setting it.

What you’ll do

  • Own design across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion — not just onboarding.
  • Identify where in that journey the biggest opportunity sits, and you make the case for pursuing it.
  • Be a tireless innovator in the AI space. You will explore how generative AI can collapse the gap between a user's first visit and a genuine "aha" moment, personalizing activation and engagement at scale.
  • Approach the product with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership. You'll navigate ambiguity, build lean experiments, and treat the growth experience as your own startup within Miro.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the competitive landscape to create a best-in-class experience that rivals any competitor while maintaining Miro's ease of use across the platform.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering across the org to solve complex technical- and design challenges around AI quality, discoverability, and the seamless journey from a user's first sign-up to deep, habitual engagement with the infinite canvas.
  • Set the bar for design excellence at Miro, mentoring other designers and contributing to the evolution of our design systems and internal tooling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
