This isn't a typical product engineering role focused solely on features. You'll operate in two modes: directly building new service lines and core product improvements, and building the internal tooling and 'Blueprints' that empower non-engineers to ship without code. You'll own problems end-to-end, from fuzzy concept to shipped solution, with high agency across a complex, agentic system.

The Work
- Build new agentic service lines (e.g., energy, mobile, insurance) that act on behalf of users.
- Develop core platform capabilities: agentic communication, multimodal data extraction, long-running workflow orchestration.
- Design and implement internal tools and 'Blueprints' that enable non-engineers to launch and manage services.
- Own features end-to-end, from problem definition and rough plan to deployment and impact measurement.
- Tackle messy real-world problems: retries, partial failures, and integrations with external systems you don't control.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional engineering experience, seeking breadth across the stack rather than a single specialism.
- Proficiency in full-stack TypeScript and React, comfortable with complex distributed systems.
- An end-to-end ownership mindset: you define problems, ship solutions, and measure their impact.
- Product-minded: strong intuition for user flow, UX, and the impact of small copy changes.
- A drive to build leverage for others, whether through pairing, clear explanations, or internal tooling.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
