About Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The Role

This company is rewriting core business software for the AI era. They're building real-time infrastructure and an AI-native architecture, with a frontend their engineers genuinely obsess over. Backed by leading VCs, they're growing rapidly, already 170 people strong.

As a Staff Product Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across critical parts of the engineering organization. This means designing significant infrastructure, raising the bar for output across teams, and shipping software known for exceptional user experience. This role is for engineers who think in systems and deliver through others without needing line management authority; it is not for those who chase perfection over user value or shy away from shaping engineering practice at a company actively redefining it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
