Staff Product Manager - 0-1 New Ventures

£130,000 - £140,000 + equity | London | 3 days a week in office

In Product is partnered with a fast-scaling healthtech business to hire a Staff Product Manager. You will identify, shape, and launch entirely new product opportunities that expand their offering and unlock future growth.

This is a role for someone who wants to operate as an internal founder - working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, patient needs, market trends, and technology, with real resources and support behind them to explore high-potential ideas.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves zero-to-one product challenges, and wants their work to genuinely shape the future direction of the business.

💜 The Role

You'll drive initiatives exploring new clinical conditions, services, or business models - from discovery and validation through to launching MVPs and making scale or pivot decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The team is currently focused on:

  • Identifying and sizing new market opportunities through user research and trend analysis
  • Developing and validating ideas - building business cases, designing experiments, and testing hypotheses fast
  • Leading MVP builds in partnership with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams
  • Defining success metrics and making informed calls on whether to scale, pivot, or sunset new initiatives

As Staff Product Manager, you'll be operating with genuine founder-level ownership - rallying resources and building momentum across the business behind ideas that don't exist yet.

💜 The Team & Culture

You'll be contributing directly to the long-term roadmap and innovation strategy for the business, working cross-functionally rather than within a single fixed team structure.

This is a business genuinely committed to patient-centric innovation - every new bet needs to address a real patient need and align with the wider mission, not just be commercially interesting in isolation.

The Experience We're Looking For 👇

  • Proven entrepreneurial experience - as a founder, early-stage product leader, or intrapreneur launching new products or business lines.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments - healthcare or telehealth experience is a strong plus, not required.
  • A track record of taking ideas from concept through to launch and early scaling.
  • Strong ability to synthesise market data, customer insights, and business analysis into clear product and business strategy.
  • Confident aligning diverse stakeholders around new, unproven initiatives.
  • Deep curiosity about how technology can solve complex healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.

We're looking for someone who is an experienced 0-1 product launcher, who is energised by pace and ownership.
