Your Role

As Lead Product Manager, you will own a set of Saturn's product areas in their entirety: strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, and the product managers who build them.

Saturn is a Series A, Y Combinator-backed company building the AI-native operating system for financial advice. Our platform combines a living data model of the client, AI agents that complete complex advice and operational workflows, and compliance logic embedded directly into how work is produced. The initial wedge is adviser productivity. The larger opportunity is rebuilding the operating model of the advice firm around connected data, intelligent workflows and continuous regulatory control.

This is a lead role with founder-level scope. You work directly with the CEO, engineers, partnerships, and associate product managers. You define the what and why with enough clarity that one engineer ships the whole feature. No handoff chain, no ambiguity, no hand-waving. Your work will determine whether Saturn becomes the intelligence layer through which advice is created, governed and delivered.

The Team

You will work in a cross-functional squad alongside Product Engineers who own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and AI, plus Design and Saturn’s domain experts: chartered compliance officers and paraplanners. Product management at Saturn moves fast, and we protect that pace deliberately. The best PMs do their best work when they can see the impact of what they ship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Work On

  • Owning the product strategy and a rolling 3-6 month roadmap for AI agents that automate advice workflows
  • Translating agentic and LLM capabilities into experiences advisers trust with regulated work, where evidence and auditability sit behind every material output
  • Running independent discovery with advisers and paraplanners, distinguishing signal from noise, and turning adviser pain into product direction
  • Prioritising ruthlessly across features, bugs, and quality, and writing specs with zero ambiguity — clear enough for one engineer to ship the whole feature
  • Balancing enterprise partner demands with product coherence, and sequencing releases against the go-to-market calendar
  • Treating go-to-market as part of the build. You ship features that land, not features that launch
  • Coaching and multiplying the PMs around you, and building the frameworks the product function adopts as it grows

What We're Looking For

  • Product management experience at fast-paced, product-led B2B SaaS companies, including ownership of a product that shipped and won in market
  • AI-native product experience. You've shipped products where AI is the core, not a bolt-on. You understand the difference between deterministic and probabilistic systems, and what it takes to put agentic workflows in front of users in a regulated environment
  • Technical fluency. You can discuss AI architecture trade-offs, know why prompts break, and challenge engineering assumptions
  • Discovery discipline and sharp prioritisation. You have run research that changed what got built, and you can explain why you said no — not just what you said yes to
  • Commercial instinct. You connect product decisions to retention, expansion, and the revenue model
  • Self-sufficiency with data. You define your own metrics and design your own experiments
  • Strong written communication. Your decision docs and PRDs reduce meetings rather than create them
