What You'll Do:
CoreWeave’s Physical AI team is building the essential cloud platform for AI innovators, applying machine learning to solve previously intractable physics and engineering challenges. We operate at the intersection of advanced cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and applied data science, transforming how complex industrial products - such as automotive systems, aircraft, robotics, advanced manufacturing systems, and batteries - are conceived, tested, and developed.
About the role:
As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of the core components of our Physical AI platform. We're rebuilding the platform from the ground up, so you'll shape the product from day one. You'll drive execution across Research, Data Science, Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineering to ship capabilities spanning agentic experiences, applied AI workflows, and enterprise integrations. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand complex engineering and industrial workflows, identify where emerging AI technologies can create meaningful value, turn field signals into scalable platform improvements, and mentor other product managers across the organisation while setting a high bar for technical depth, product judgement, and customer empathy.
What you’ll do:
- Run discovery in the field, and spend time in front of customers
- Decide what we build. You’ll take a candidate product from problem to validated concept; use case, customer proof points, and the business case for continuing or stopping
- Ship products in a small squad, setting roadmap and sequencing work required.
- Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned. For the products you own: a one-line pitch, short summary and demo that anyone in the company can follow - what it is, why we’re building it, what’s next.
Who You Are:
- Significant experience across product management, product strategy, technical programme leadership, or related roles, with a strong track record of turning complex technologies into products, platforms, or customer outcomes.
- High versatility with a proven ability to work across multiple technical domains, such as ML modelling, generative AI, agentic workflows, robotics, advanced manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, or data engineering.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to confidently discuss APIs, architecture diagrams, deployment models, AI systems, and platform trade-offs with engineers, researchers, and technical customers.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, skilled at aligning diverse teams across Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and commercial functions while managing technical dependencies and balancing constraints with business objectives.
- Deep customer empathy with a curiosity for understanding complex engineering and industrial workflows, diagnosing friction points, and identifying where new technologies can fundamentally improve how customers work.
- Absolute execution focus with a proven ability to build clarity out of ambiguity, move comfortably between strategy and hands-on delivery, maintain high attention to detail, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
