Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional, highly strategic, and technical Senior or Staff Product Manager to lead a highly prioritized, high-impact domain.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of complex financial logic, deep technical architecture, and modern AI capabilities. You will be responsible for translating high-level business goals into a concrete product strategy, aligning multiple executive stakeholders, and rolling up your sleeves to deep-dive into complex financial calculations, business logic, and code.

Responsibilities

  • Domain Strategy & Impact: Own the vision, product roadmap, and end-to-end execution for a high-priority, strategic product domain.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and align with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, engineering leads, customer-facing teams, and operations to deliver continuous, measurable value.
  • AI & Vibe Coding Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI product design principles and hands-on AI prototyping/vibe coding tools to rapidly validate ideas, build proofs-of-concept, and streamline specs/flows.
  • Technical & Financial Deep Dives: Serve as the authority on complex product logic, financial formulas/calculations, schema changes, and underlying technical workflows.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Define, track, and optimize domain KPIs, success metrics, and performance indicators to directly fuel business objectives.
  • Hands-on Specification & Lifecycle Management: Drive products from ideation through "Rare," "Medium," and "Well Done" maturity levels into full production—writing detailed technical specs, defining edge cases, and working side-by-side with R&D.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
