Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer research across regions. Interview clients to understand their time off needs, regulatory requirements, and pain points.
  • Scope and prioritize features and integrations. You'll take broad customer requests and translate them into clear, actionable scope for the product team.
  • Manage go-to-market launches for new time off features and countries. This means coordinating with product, client success, ops, and legal to ensure rollouts are smooth.
  • Build the narrative around time off solutions. You'll work with marketing and sales to position what we're building in ways that resonate with customers.
  • Own operational complexity. Time off varies dramatically by country: mandatory vacation, statutory pay, carryover rules, all of it. You'll help clarify these requirements for the team.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Strong product mindset. You can quickly understand how a product works, identify gaps, and articulate what needs to be built.
  • Customer discovery skills. You're skilled at asking good questions, listening for signal, and synthesizing customer feedback into clear patterns.
  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity. Time off is inherently complex across geographies. You don't get overwhelmed by rules and regulations; you find ways to simplify them.
  • Bias for action. You see opportunities to move forward and take them. You're not waiting for perfect information; you work with what you have and iterate.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. You work well with product, engineering, ops, and customer-facing teams. You unblock dependencies and keep things moving.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in HR, payroll, benefits, or related operations.
  • Global or international work experience. Either living/working in multiple countries or managing global programs.
  • Experience at a fintech, HR tech, or payroll platform.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, scoping, and communication.

Total Rewards

Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. With scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

  • Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
  • Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
  • We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
