The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Integrations team. This role will involve line managing other Project Managers, driving process improvements and ambitious goals in the team, and contributing to the delivery of successful client integrations.
Within our Integrations team, the Project Managers work alongside our Integration Engineers, with individual pairs assigned to a client integration project. The Project Manager’s focus is on understanding the client’s objectives and guiding them through the process from integration kick-off to actively using the Ravelin product(s). Your focus will be mostly on coaching others to deliver, more than leading day-to-day client project activities.
In this role, you will also be working closely with many other teams within Ravelin, bringing everything together for a successful outcome for our clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
