Job Description:

We’re hiring a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to help power our next phase of growth across EMEA. This is a high-impact, business-critical role at the heart of Shield’s AI international expansion—supporting new market entries with a strong focus on the Middle East region, building and scaling best-in-class sales and engineering organizations, and partnering with senior leaders to shape our future. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will operate as a strategic advisor, market expert, and builder—owning how talent enables scale across diverse EMEA markets.

What you'll do:

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Partner closely with senior and executive-level stakeholders to understand business objectives, growth plans, and capability gaps.
  • Translate market entry and growth plan into scalable, data-driven regional talent acquisition strategies.
  • Act as a thought partner and advisor on talent trends, market intelligence, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • Advise leaders on market feasibility from a talent perspective (availability, cost, timing, and risk).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
