What you'll be doing
- Building AI-powered products used by customers across a range of industries
- Designing scalable backend services and distributed systems
- Working closely with ML engineers to bring AI capabilities into production
- Improving platform reliability, tooling and the developer experience
- Influencing technical direction, architecture and engineering standards
What you'll bring
- Strong commercial experience building backend systems with Python
- A track record of delivering high-quality production software
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
- A passion for clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- An engineering mindset that enjoys solving problems across product, platform and infrastructure
