Staff Engineer - London (Hybrid) - Full-time - paying up to £150k
The Opportunity
One of the world's biggest, most mission-critical markets still runs on PDFs, spreadsheets, and guesswork. We're building the AI-native platform that fixes that - and we're hiring the engineer who'll shape what comes next.
We've found product-market fit, we're scaling fast across new markets, and our customers stick around because the product actually changes how they work. Now we need a Staff Engineer to own the architecture that gets us to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-leverage IC role - part architect, part technical rallying point. You'll set the technical vision for our Core Markets org, align 6+ teams around it, and still write code where it counts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
