Staff / Product Engineer (Full Stack, TypeScript or Python)
London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary - £100k-£160k (DOE) + equity

What you'll do
- You'll own meaningful problem spaces end to end: from idea and scoping through design, build, deployment, and iteration.
- Engineers here influence the roadmap, speak directly with customers, and ship to production multiple times a day.
- AI is central to everything. You'll build agentic features that automate complex workflows for enterprise customers, and use AI coding tools and agentic workflows daily to ship faster.

Who they're looking for
- Product-minded full stack engineers who care about what their work achieves, not just how it's built.
- You'll likely have:
- Built and shipped web product features end to end, across the stack
- A strong sense of what reliable, well-architected software looks like
- A bias towards ownership, and a pull towards the hardest problems in the room
- Comfort with ambiguity and the confidence to make decisions
AWS serverless experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Python engineer? Read this.
The production stack is TypeScript, but the technical interview can be completed in Python and you'll be assessed as if it's your primary language. Strong Python engineers who are keen to work full stack are very welcome.
The process
- Short intro call
- A one-hour pair programming session (TypeScript or Python)

- A final in-person stage covering system design and engineering leadership
