Staff Software Engineers
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Salary: £130,000 - £170,000 + Benefits

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading technical direction for a key product area
- Designing and building highly scalable software platforms
- Influencing architecture and engineering standards
- Mentoring senior engineers whilst remaining hands-on
- Working across Product, Platform, AI and Design teams
- Helping define the future direction of both the technology and engineering culture
