Job Overview

Arm’s technology is used by billions of people every day. Arm is the industry's leading supplier of microprocessor technology providing efficient, low-power chip intelligence making electronic innovations come to life. Our engineers design and develop CPUs, graphics processors, system technologies, and software development tools.

Interested in contributing to the future of Arm technology and architectures? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative, highly motivated and influential team dedicated to build the foundations of the future Arm architectures.

Come work on the cutting edge of Arm IP, crafting technology that powers the next generation of mobile assistants, portable devices, virtual and augmented reality, server, networking, high performance computing, self-driving cars, humanoid robots and much more!

The Systems Architecture and Technology Group at Arm explores and drives the direction of Arm’s products in the next 3-5 years. Your contributions will play a meaningful role in understanding industry trends like AI and developing our future computing devices that will power artificial intelligence.

This touches all aspects of computing including machine learning, but also security, confidentiality, energy efficient performance, and software ecosystems.

This outstanding position will allow you to work alongside technology leaders across Arm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
