Staffing Executive Job Description

Raptor exists to bridge the gap between brands and the real lives of young people. We are a multidisciplinary marketing agency operating at the intersection of where youth meets culture.

In today’s ever-evolving cultural landscape, young audiences expect more from the companies they engage with. Authenticity is non-negotiable, and therefore its imperative brands must speak to youth culture in ways that resonate both deeply and accurately. At Raptor, we support our clients in navigating this complex terrain by tapping into the real voices and lived experiences of young people around the world.

With a global insight network of over 10,000 young individuals, we’re always in touch with an ever-evolving youth landscape. This direct access allows us to decode what engages and motivates young audiences, ensuring every campaign we craft resonates personally, collectively, and culturally. Whether through immersive live experiences, content, social-first storytelling, brand partnerships, or large-scale sampling campaigns, we design work that meets young people where they are—online, on campus, and in real life.

Headquartered in the UK, but with teams in both Europe and North America, we partner with global culture-led companies - inc. Tinder, Jagermeister, Samsung & Deliveroo - to build campaigns that drive relevance and long-term impact.

About You

You’re a people person with a strong eye for talent and a genuine interest in youth culture. You’re confident communicating with different people, highly organised and excited by the idea of building and growing a community of brilliant Brand Ambassadors and Event Managers across the UK.

You’re proactive and comfortable getting stuck in, whether that’s interviewing new talent, reaching out to university societies, keeping the Raptor community engaged or making sure everyone is correctly onboarded and ready to work.

You have great attention to detail and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once. You’re keen to learn, bring new ideas to the table and help us continue building a staffing community that represents Raptor and our clients at their best.

The Role

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support the Staffing Manager with the ongoing recruitment of high-quality Brand Ambassadors, Event Managers and other staffing roles across the UK.
  • Assist with developing recruitment strategies and identifying new ways to attract top talent across the country.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with staff, progressing successful candidates from applicant to active status and ensuring they are onboarded correctly.
  • Track interview outcomes and provide regular updates to the Staffing Manager, including numbers of accepted and rejected candidates and relevant feedback.
  • Complete Right to Work checks for new staff in line with Raptor's processes and requirements.
  • Build relationships with university societies, Students' Unions and other relevant communities, including arranging recruitment posts and booking staff for recruitment activity at university events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
