Staffing Manager

Luxury Events & Hospitality

Monday to Friday | 40 Hours | £40,000 per annum

Our client is a renowned luxury events business, delivering exceptional experiences at some of the UK's most prestigious venues. They are seeking an ambitious Staffing Manager to recruit, develop, and coordinate a talented front-of-house team, ensuring every event is delivered with impeccable service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop exceptional event staff - predominantly focused on a contingent, casual workforce.
  • Conduct interviews and select candidates who embody outstanding hospitality standards.
  • Manage workforce planning, shift scheduling, and staffing systems.
  • Deliver training and support ongoing team development.
  • Provide on-site event support, including briefings, sign-ins, and presentation checks.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene requirements.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and staffing budgets.
  • Build strong agency partnerships and promote a positive, high-performance culture.

About You

  • Experience within staffing, recruitment, or workforce planning, ideally in hospitality or events.
  • Highly organized with experience managing large-scale staffing operations.
  • A confident communicator with a polished and professional approach.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service through exceptional people.
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
