Staff/Senior Product Engineer // Health tech project // Y-combinator
We're looking for a full stack engineer who thinks like an owner, not an employee. Someone who moves fast by default and doesn't wait for permission. You'll shape the product from the ground up, collaborating across the business and speaking directly with the people who use what you build.
They are automating the administrative layer of primary care, the paperwork, registrations and back-office work that eats clinician time. Giving clinicians and doctors more time with their patients.
What we're looking for
- 5-15 years as an engineer
- Experience with any backend language but comfortable using React/Typescript going forward
- Time spent at an early-stage company where you were a core member of a small, high-calibre team, not a cog in a big machine
- Comfortable taking vague, messy problems and driving them to completion without hand-holding
- Genuine obsession with UX, speed, and keeping things simple, you actively chase user feedback rather than waiting for it
- You push standards higher wherever you go, and customers notice the difference
- Energised by ownership, accountability, and work that actually matters
- Health tech background is nice but not essential

- Full stack with a backend lean: React and TypeScript at the core
