Stairlift Surveyor / Salesperson
South, Yorkshire
Here at Leodis Stairlifts we are looking for a surveyor / sales professional.
About the Role
Leodis Stairlifts Ltd is seeking a passionate and motivated Surveyor / Salesperson to join our friendly, committed team and help convert surveys into sales. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced role, selling both new, reconditioned and rental stairlifts to our amazing customers. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person with the real potential to enhance the already competitive starting salary through commission / bonus payments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys in both residential and commercial customer properties.
- Convert those surveys into sales without using any kind of aggressive sales techniques.
- Always provide outstanding customer service.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Utilise CRM systems thoroughly and comprehensively.
- Maximise profits by achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, and add-on products.
- Present yourself smartly and professionally when dealing with customers and businesses.
- Carry out after-sales calls to encourage customers to leave a review.
- Identify sales opportunities within your area (i.e., mobility/care shops who we offer a referral fee).
- To be part of the out-of-hours sales team on a rota system 1 in 4/5 weeks/weekend (on call payment paid).

About You:
- Enthusiastic and driven to exceed company and personal targets.
- Able to show empathy and tact when required.
- Capable of quickly establishing and building rapport with customers.
- Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Highly motivated with clear personal goals.
- Stairlift sales experience is preferred but not essential as full product training will be provided.
- Meticulous timekeeping.
- Occasional weekend availability when required.

Job Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 per year starting salary (DOE) with excellent promotion and earning potential for the right person.
