We create sustainable solutions that connect people, data, and technology to transform the world's infrastructure and energy systems. AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to support the continued growth of its Aviation business.

Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Lead, the role will support the planning and delivery of structured, strategic engagement across major aviation projects.

The successful candidate will work alongside senior stakeholder engagement professionals, supporting engagement planning, communications, and risk mitigation across aviation transformation programmes, business and supply chain change initiatives, and infrastructure developments.

Key stakeholder groups may include regulatory bodies, airport operators, airlines, service providers, construction contractors, and government agencies.

Your role

  • Map and analyse stakeholder environments (internal and external) for clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans for aviation transformation and infrastructure projects.

  • Maintain stakeholder mapping tools, engagement logs, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate and support workshops, stakeholder forums, and engagement meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively support interdependencies between stakeholders and project activities to mitigate risks and support operational alignment.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, presentations, and engagement reports by working with client leads, project subject matter experts, and communications specialists.
  • Work closely with project teams to embed stakeholder engagement within business change and communication strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
