Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator – UK, Surrey – Contract – Life Sciences
We are looking for an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator for a contract role based in Surrey.
You will be supporting our client who are a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

What You’ll Deliver
- Coordinate day-to-day stakeholder engagement activities under the direction of the Large Capital Projects Change Lead.
- Prepare project communication materials (presentations, announcements, notes, FAQs, updates).
- Coordinate engagement and awareness initiatives across impacted teams.
- Act as the operational liaison with the UK Talent and UK Communications teams.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Demonstrated relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, employee engagement, event coordination or project support, ideally within a project or change environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and engaging project messages for different audiences.
