We are hiring Stakeholder Engagement Manager (UK infrastructure, public sector, and civil engineering)

Location: Hybrid - Wales

  • Extensive background in infrastructure planning, environmental remediation, or public sector programs, tailored to support the Wales Metal Mines Programme.
  • Must be based locally in Wales, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be willing to travel to site locations across Wales up to four times per month (travel covered).
  • Proven track record as a senior/lead Stakeholder Engagement Manager capable of hitting the ground running in complex, multi-agency regulatory environments.
  • Deep understanding of the infrastructure delivery lifecycle and regulatory planning processes, specifically Section 108 planning documents.
  • Expertise in using SRM software/systems to profile, map, track, and analyze stakeholder data, commitments, and feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as the client lead with external consultants/contractors while aligning interests across government bodies, regulators, technical specialists, NGOs, and local communities.
  • Proficient in risk and issue mitigation, governance routing, benefits realization, knowledge management, and supporting business change implementation.
