Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients.
- Provide tailored wealth management and investment solutions.
- Offer market insights and investment recommendations.
- Develop and manage personalised investment portfolios using digital wealth management tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience across all client touchpoints.
- Support clients throughout their financial journey with relevant banking solutions.
- Collaborate with wealth management teams and branch networks to deliver seamless service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 5-10 years’ experience in relationship management, client acquisition, or retail banking.
- Strong knowledge of wealth management, treasury products, equities, investment funds, and insurance.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian banking market.
- Strong commitment to regulatory compliance, ethics, and risk management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams.
