Are you an organised and detail-focused professional with experience in training coordination, process improvement and quality compliance?
About the Role
We are looking for a Process & Training Coordinator to support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes and employee training programmes. In this role, you will help ensure employees are trained effectively, process documentation remains up to date, and quality standards are maintained across the business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, compliance and continuous improvement.
How you will contribute
- Coordinate employee training activities and maintain accurate training records, competency assessments and training matrices.
- Deliver training and guidance to employees following process updates, business changes and improvement initiatives.
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
- Conduct process and training audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through reporting, coaching and performance analysis.
- Produce management reports, performance metrics and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain and control process documentation, policies, procedures and work instructions, ensuring they remain current and accessible.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Promote adherence to quality, environmental, health and safety standards across the organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support operational excellence and continuous improvement projects.

What you will bring
- Experience coordinating training programmes, maintaining training records and supporting employee development activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and produce clear reports and recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience supporting quality, compliance, continuous improvement or operational excellence activities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and quality management standards.
- Experience within a quality, training, manufacturing, logistics or operational environment.
To be eligible to apply
- Must hold the right to work in the UK.
- Must meet the medical fitness requirements for the role.
- Must not have any unspent criminal convictions (DBS checks are carried out).
