Lead, Inspire and Grow as a Starbucks Store Manager!
Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of our Starbucks store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and creating a welcoming environment that customers love returning to.
In this rewarding leadership role, you’ll be at the heart of the operation — leading your team to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the store consistently achieves its goals. From driving sales and managing day-to-day operations to maintaining excellent product quality and controlling waste, you’ll create an environment where both customers and colleagues thrive.
You’ll lead by example, supporting your team on the shop floor when needed — whether that’s preparing beverages, maintaining presentation standards, or delivering memorable customer moments. Most importantly, you’ll coach, motivate, and develop your team to build confidence, grow capability, and achieve success together.

A Typical Day as a Store Manager:
- Lead your store to success by ensuring exceptional operational standards and delivering consistent excellence across customer service, food safety, hygiene, and Starbucks brand expectations.
- Drive store performance through effective inventory management, stock control, merchandising, and regular reporting to keep the store running efficiently and delivering strong results.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance by reducing waste, managing labour effectively, reviewing processes, and implementing action plans that support business goals.
- Take ownership of commercial performance through responsible cash management, budget planning, expenditure control, and making informed decisions that support store growth.
- Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and creating a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported to grow and succeed.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire talent by attracting great people, planning rotas effectively, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service and maximize opportunities.
- Create a culture of recognition and accountability by celebrating success, supporting colleague wellbeing, and managing people matters fairly and consistently in line with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management experience within a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
- A passionate leader who enjoys developing teams and creating a positive, high-performing culture.
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high operational standards.
- Commercial awareness with confidence in managing performance, priorities, and business results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to support the needs of the business, including varied shifts where required.
- Someone who leads with energy, takes ownership, and is ready to make a real impact.
Shift Information
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy travel periods.
