Our partner is looking for a Startup Ecosystem Associate based in United Kingdom.
This opportunity is ideal for a curious and organized professional who wants hands-on exposure to the operations behind a global startup and innovation ecosystem platform.
You will support multiple business functions while contributing to research, reporting, data management, operations, and cross-functional projects.
The role offers meaningful ownership from the beginning, allowing you to develop practical skills while working on initiatives with international impact.
You will work with structured datasets, reports, internal documentation, and modern productivity and AI-powered tools.
The position provides exposure to areas such as research, partnerships, marketing, sales, analytics, and business operations.
You will collaborate with an international team, strengthen your problem-solving and project coordination abilities, and continuously identify ways to improve processes.
It is a strong opportunity to build a broad professional foundation while developing deeper knowledge of startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development.
Accountabilities
- Support multiple departments with day-to-day operational activities and ongoing projects.
- Prepare, organize, update, and maintain reports, documentation, internal databases, and other business records.
- Perform data entry, validation, tracking, and basic analysis across different teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with reporting and data management using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Help coordinate activities between departments and follow up on action items to ensure projects progress efficiently.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support business initiatives and internal projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Suggest practical solutions to recurring challenges and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and support team objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and contribute to a positive, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements
- Strong curiosity, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Previous internship or early-career experience is beneficial but not essential; motivation, adaptability, and growth mindset are highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in working with structured information and datasets.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, organization, tracking, and basic analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage, along with a willingness to learn and apply Python to practical projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and move tasks forward without constant supervision.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Genuine interest in startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and international teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate during European business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM CET.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, AI-powered tools, and modern remote working practices.
