Static AC Engineer – Marylebone, London

Salary: Up to £46,000 + Overtime | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

Are you an experienced Static AC Engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role in a premium site in Marylebone?

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team on a static site, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and general servicing across a range of commercial HVAC systems.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who takes pride in their work, enjoys dealing with clients and wants to develop their technical skills with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

The Role

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Maintain and service AHUs (Air Handling Units), with strong AHU competency being essential.
  • Undertake maintenance and fault-finding on VRF/VRV systems, split systems and FCUs.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
  • Complete maintenance reports, job sheets and compliance documentation accurately.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures and industry standards.
  • Participate in overtime opportunities as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
  • Valid F-Gas qualification – essential.
  • Good practical experience with AHUs, including maintenance and fault-finding.
  • Experience maintaining VRF/VRV systems, split AC units and fan coil units (FCUs).
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively on a static site.
