Position: Static Building Services Engineer
Location: CB21 area of Cambridgeshire
Salary: From GBP 43,000 to GBP 45,000 subject to experience level
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent position on a large static site in Cambridgeshire.
- This engineer will be working in a team of three skilled engineers covering all areas of this large static site.
- The site is occupied by multiple businesses mainly in an office capacity.
- The right person for this position will already have a strong building services maintenance background. They need to have experience dealing with electrical and mechanical plant as well as putting their hand to other general maintenance.
- We do need this engineer to have a lot of experience dealing with fan coil, AHU, and plant room maintenance.

Requirements:
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Based in a commutable location to the Fulbourn area of Cambridgeshire
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification
- Good team player
- Experienced in working on electrical and mechanical plant
- Willing to cover a small amount of out-of-hours if asked
