Job Description:
As a Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer qualified to a recognised level (City & Guilds), you would be required to undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements.

Reporting into the Contracts Manager and working in partnership with all departments to deliver planned preventative maintenance. Reacting to all repair work in the region mechanical/electrical/fabric plant equipment and general property maintenance.
Mobile phone, tablet and uniform would be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling between client sites in Walthamstow, Hendon and London to maintain and repair mechanical building services equipment.
- Working on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, boilers, pipework, and associated plant.
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
- Diagnosing faults and completing service reports using a tablet.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with mechanical pipework, valves, motors, pumps and HVAC plant/equipment.
- Good knowledge of building services, FM and plumbing repairs.
- Recognised qualification in a maintenance or engineering discipline.
- Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs.
- Experience using PDAs or maintenance management systems.
