About The Role

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, working in partnership with all departments to deliver planned preventative maintenance. Reacting to all repair work on the centres mechanical/electrical/fabric plant equipment and general property maintenance.

Static Multi skilled Building Services Engineer with mechanically qualified to a recognised level (City & Guilds).

You would be required to undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance and reactive requirements in Eldon Square.

Mobile phone, tablet and uniform would be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance located in Eldon Square by the required attendance dates.
  • Update the Legal compliance documentation via a tablet (provided) to a high standard.
  • Provide job/quote updates to satisfy the internal CAFM system which provides live updates to our client.
  • Be part of a callout rota at the end of a successful probation period.
  • Work a reasonable amount of overtime to satisfy our client when necessary.

Necessary Skills

  • Experience performing works with Mechanical pipework services, valves, motors, pumps, bearings, HVAC Plant & equipment.
  • Extensive experience in General Building services Industry relevant qualifications-I.e. plumbing repairs etc.
  • Recognised qualification in at least one Maintenance/ Engineering discipline.
  • Carry out repairs/replacement of plant, fixtures and fittings as required.
  • Carry out servicing and repairs of onsite plant, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Organise various housekeeping tasks and arrangements.
