Randstad C and P are working with a national FM client to onboard a Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hampshire. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation, compliance, and safety of a range of hard and soft FM systems across the site.

Package

  • GBP38,000 : GBP42,500 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 : 17:00, Friday 08:00 : 16:00
  • Permanent and full-time
  • Generous company pension scheme
  • 33 days annual holidays including bank holidays

Duties

  • Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across site electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV, and water hygiene systems using CAFM.
  • Perform fault finding, statutory inspections, testing, calibration, and remedy defects to ensure contract compliance.
  • Act as an Authorised Person (AP) under JSP375 to issue, control, and close permits-to-work and manage isolations.
  • Complete risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for all tasks, ensuring safe execution, PPE, and tooling compliance.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Electrician (18th Edition wiring regulations desirable)
  • C and G 2391/2 Inspection and Testing qualification (training provided if not held)
  • Engineering qualification at BTEC National Diploma or City and Guilds level
  • Valid First Aid at Work certificate
  • Authorised Person (AP) status in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines (training provided if not held)
  • Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance
  • Full, valid UK driving licence for car and van
