SALARY: £13.74 per hour

HOURS: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 3pm - 7pm

LOCATION: Bristol

Bristol Waste is an SIA approved contractor delivering NSI gold-approved services by a team of SIA-certified security experts, ensuring rapid and professional responses in all situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager.
  • General administration duties (answering phones, completing paperwork, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in security operations.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their unique security needs and providing customized solutions.

Essential Requirements for the Role:

  • A valid SIA Licence
  • Previous experience as a Security Officer / Security Guard / Door Supervisor or similar position
  • Effective communication for interactions with staff and customers.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Ability to organise own workloads and work flexibly to respond to situations.
  • Understanding of security protocols, industry best practices, and relevant legislation.
  • Must be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested which includes you being able to supply a full 5-year work/education history.
  • To be a successful member of our security team, you will need to pass full Vero screening. This involves the requirement of various documents and checks.
