Working Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team based in Canary Wharf, working within one of London’s most recognisable and technically demanding commercial districts.

This is an opportunity to take on a senior position where your technical expertise, problem-solving skills and experience will make a real difference. You’ll play an important role in keeping equipment running safely, reliably and efficiently while providing a high standard of service to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Service Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the maintenance and performance of lifts across your portfolio, acting as a trusted technical expert for both customers and colleagues.

What we're looking for

We’d love to hear from experienced Lift Engineers who have:

  • Strong lift service and maintenance experience.
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Relevant lift engineering qualifications, ideally NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of lift safety and industry standards.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of technical issues.
  • Good customer communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support other engineers.
  • The experience and technical confidence expected of a senior-level engineer.
